1. Try it first, for free
Every account gets 14 days free, with no card. Nothing is charged, and nothing renews on its own. The best refund policy is not needing one, so use the trial properly before you pay for anything.
2. Your 14-day right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from the day you first pay to withdraw, for any reason at all, and get the money back. You do not have to explain why.
Because the service starts immediately, we may keep a proportionate amount for the days you actually used it. In practice, for a first subscription following a free trial, we refund the whole thing.
To withdraw, email hello@inktok.pro from the address on the account and say so. That is the whole procedure.
3. After those 14 days
Once the withdrawal period has passed, a term you have started is not refunded. You cancel, the subscription stops renewing, and it keeps working until the term you paid for runs out. That is the whole rule, and it is the same one every subscription runs on.
We are not going to pretend otherwise. A term bought up front is bought up front — that is what the discount on it is for. What we will not do is make you write to us, keep you past the term, or bill you for one you did not ask for.
4. Monthly subscriptions
Cancel any time from your billing page. The subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops. Part of a month is not refunded.
You will not be moved to a more expensive plan on renewal, and cancelling is a button in your own panel, not an email to us.
5. Three, six and twelve month terms
These are cheaper per month because they are paid in advance for the whole term. That is the trade: a lower price for the commitment. Cancelling part-way through stops the renewal, and the months already paid for are not refunded.
If you are not sure how long you will want it, take the monthly term. It costs more per month and it owes you nothing.
6. Extra artists
Adding an artist is charged pro rata from the day you add them. Removing one takes effect at the next renewal; the rest of the current term is not refunded.
7. When it is our fault
The exception, and the only one. If the failure is on our side, you should not be the one paying for it.
- An outage of more than 24 hours in a row caused by us — tell us, and we credit that month.
- A feature you are paying for stops working and we cannot fix it — we refund the period it did not work.
- We end your subscription without cause — we refund the rest of the term in full.
You should not have to ask twice for any of these.
8. What is not refundable
- Time on a term you have already started, once the 14 days have passed.
- An account we closed for a serious breach of the Terms.
- Money your own clients paid you. That never passed through us — it went to your Stripe account, and refunding a client is something you do from there.
9. How to ask, and how long it takes
Email hello@inktok.pro from the address on the account. Say which studio, and what happened. We answer within 3 working days.
Approved refunds go back through Stripe, which took the payment, to the same card or account you paid with. It usually lands within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
