Tattoo scheduling app

A tattoo scheduling app that knows a sleeve is not a one-hour slot

Type when you start and when you finish. Clients book into the time that is actually free, sized to the piece they want and packed tight against your other bookings — and your phone calendar shows it the moment they do.

A day that plans itself

No slots to draw unless you want them. Bookings drop into your day one after another, with the buffer between them — or switch to your own fixed slots and clients pick one. One tap marks a day full when you have had enough.

Pieces over several sittings

Large work is booked as its first session, with the rest arranged with the client and priced as one piece.

On the phone you already carry

Bookings appear in Google Calendar or on your iPhone, and the panel runs in your phone’s browser with notifications for each new request.

Walk-ins and today

One screen for the day: who is in, who is late, and a walk-in added in a few taps.

A waitlist that fills gaps

When a booking falls through, the people waiting who fit the free time hear about it and the first to answer takes it.

Guest spots and flash days

Announce a guest artist or a flash day with its own dates and prices, bookable from the same page.

Set up in two answers

  1. 01

    Which days

Your working week, as it really is — the Saturday off included.

  2. 02

    When you start and finish

That is it. The diary fits every booking in, with time to clean down and set up kept free after each one.

Built for tattoo time, not salon time

Most scheduling apps assume every appointment is the same length. Tattoo work is not: the same afternoon might hold three small pieces or one half-sleeve, and a back piece might take four sittings.

InkTok sizes each booking from the piece itself, packs it against the others and keeps your gaps and healing time. You type two times; the diary plans the rest.

Questions people ask

Does it sync with Google Calendar and iPhone?

Yes. Bookings go to Google Calendar through a direct connection, or to any calendar app — including the iPhone’s — through a private calendar link.

Is there a phone app?

The panel is built for the phone and runs in its browser, with push notifications for new requests. There is nothing to install from an app store.

Can several artists share one studio diary?

Yes. On the studio plan each artist has their own week and their own prices, and the team rota shows who works when.

Can I block a single day?

Yes. Any date can be closed or given different hours without changing your usual week — or marked full in one tap, so clients stop booking it while what is booked stays.

What does it cost?

€99 a month for a solo artist, €149 for a studio with two artists included. The first 14 days are free.
