Tattoo CRM

The tattoo CRM where every client’s history is one tap away

Every booking, photo, note, consent form and payment, kept on the client’s own card. Regulars are recognised, no-shows are remembered, and the messages that keep clients coming back go out on their own.

One card per client

Their bookings, the designs and photos they sent, what they paid and anything you noted, from the first enquiry onwards.

Consent forms, signed and filed

Clients sign before the session on their own phone, and the form stays with their record.

VIPs and no-shows

Mark the regulars you look after; keep a list of people who did not turn up, with the deposit rules that apply to them.

Messages that send themselves

Confirmations, reminders and aftercare by email and text, in your studio’s name.

Reviews on your page

Collect what clients say and show it on your booking page, linked to where it was left.

Payouts for a studio

Each artist’s share worked out from the work they finished, per month, with a CSV for your accountant.

Where the records come from

  1. 01

    Bookings fill it

Every request creates or updates the client’s card. Nothing to type in twice.

  2. 02

    Your old diary can too

Import past bookings from Google Calendar; names, placements and prices are read from the event titles.

  3. 03

    The session adds to it

Consent, photos, the final price and aftercare are attached as the work happens.

A CRM that does not feel like one

A general CRM is built for sales teams: pipelines, deals, stages. A tattoo studio needs something smaller and more specific — who this client is, what they have had done, whether they turned up last time, and what they still owe.

In InkTok that record builds itself from the bookings. There is no separate system to keep up to date, which is the reason most studio CRMs end up empty.

Questions people ask

Can I import my existing clients?

Past bookings can be imported from Google Calendar, and the client cards are built from them. New clients are added by every booking from then on.

Where is client data stored?

In the EU, on servers in Finland. Each studio’s data is its own; we process it for you and do not use it for anything else.

Do artists see each other’s clients?

No. An artist sees the people they have tattooed; the studio owner sees the whole book. A departing artist cannot take the studio’s client list with them.

Does it send texts as well as emails?

Yes — confirmations, reminders and aftercare can go by email and by text message.

What does it cost?

€99 a month for a solo artist, €149 for a studio with two artists included. The first 14 days are free.
